Dr. Adler provides consultation to individual professionals, small groups and organizations.

She has worked with a variety of professionals including lawyers, physicians, teachers, preschool teachers, school counselors and clergy:

  • Lawyers requesting diagnostic evaluations and/or treatment of clients in personal injury and other cases
  • Physicians, including psychiatrists, wanting increased diagnostic understanding of their patients and treatment recommendations
  • Teachers and school counselors, including preschool teachers and directors, concerned about emotional issues affecting learning and behavior in classrooms and in schools
  • Clergy coping with challenging relationships and organizational dynamics

She also helps them cope with challenges in the work setting. Her approach includes exploring underlying motivations for keeping systems the same as well as for increasing the possibility of change. The people she consults with increase their awareness of underlying issues and conflicts, improve coping skills and apply principles from human development to their relationships in the workplace.
